FITMINDS delivers two proven mental training systems to athletes and teams—built to sharpen focus, fuel resilience, and unlock peak performance.

Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement (MSPE®)
- A structured 6–8 session training program (approx. 6 hours total)
- Builds mindfulness, presence, and attentional control
- Helps athletes manage pressure, distraction, and emotional reactivity
- Sport-specific practices and cues tailored to training sessions and match day
Once foundational skills are built, optional booster sessions are available to maintain peak mental
fitness.
We have trained directly with the MSPE founders, Dr. Keith Kaufman and Dr. Timothy Pineau,
ensuring fidelity to the original model.

Functional Imagery Training (FIT®)
Functional Imagery Training (FIT) FIT blends mental imagery with elite-level coaching to sharpen confidence, fuel motivation, and deliver readiness under pressure.
This process of imagery helps athletes in their hardest moments—when stuck in negative self-talk, doubt, or distraction. According to leading researchers, it is one of the secrets to long-term success in sport.
FIT is built on three proven methods:
- Imagery – fuel focus, motivation, and performance
- Motivational Interviewing – unlock inner drive
- Mental Contrasting + If-Then Planning – prepare for pressure moments

delivery of this cutting-edge approach.
