Psychological flexibility is grounded in evidence-based principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/ training (ACT).
This interactive training is ideal for professionals who want to develop practical tools and skills to respond—not react—to stress, uncertainty, and internal pressure more skillfully.

Structure
The structure is 4 x one-hour workshops, with suggested exercises to practice in between sessions. Ideally these would run in four consecutive weeks.
This is training not therapy so the sessions will feel practical and interactive as we learn through doing and apply key principles to our life and work.
